Per our cancellation policy, monthly subscriptions must be cancelled by 11:59 PM PST on the day prior to your processing date in order to avoid the next crate. If you cancelled after your subscription was processed for the month, then a crate will still ship. Our monthly processing dates are the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd. Sometimes, billing statements will display posted payments on the date following our processing dates, so it may appear that you cancelled before payment. Once a crate has processed, we move quickly to pack and ship, so we cannot remove crates from shipment after processing.
Customers who cancel their 3, 6, or 12-month renewing subscriptions will still receive crates that have been pre-paid. For example, if you cancel a 6-month renewing subscription four months into a renewal, then you will still receive the remaining two crates from the renewal that have already been paid for.
