For US customers, you'll typically receive the shipping notification 1-3 business days after placing your order and the delivery estimation is 3-8 business days after that.
Our international shipping service does not provide door-to-door tracking, but the delivery expectation is 7-14 days after the shipment arrives at the international routing facility in Rancho Dominguez, California. Additional delays are possible due to customs. If you do not receive your crate within 3 weeks of receiving the tracking email, please contact Customer Care.
