I haven't received my crate shipment. What do I do?

If you haven't received a shipment, please check the emailed tracking link to see if there were any carrier issues or delays. If you're still not sure about the status of your delivery, please feel free to contact our helpful Customer Care team.

For US customers, the delivery estimation is 3-8 business days after receiving the shipping notification email.

Our international shipping service does not provide door-to-door tracking, but the delivery expectation is 7-14 days after the shipment arrives at the international routing facility in Rancho Dominguez, California. Additional delays are possible due to customs. If you do not receive your crate within 3 weeks of receiving the tracking email, please contact Customer Care.
