Our system automatically checks for multiple subscriptions under a child's name when a new order is placed. If the child already has an active subscription, we will link the subscriptions together so they run consecutively (instead of receiving more than one crate a month). The first crate of the new subscription may not ship out immediately - we will wait until the next regular processing date so that the child receives crates at a regular cadence. When we link past, present, and future subscriptions for a child together, we also ensure that we do not send out any duplicate crate themes to the child.
