What happens if I place an order and the child already has an active subscription?

Our system automatically checks for any other subscriptions under the child's name when a new order is placed. If the child already has an active subscription, we will link the subscriptions so they run consecutively. This also ensures that we don't send the same crates again with the new subscription. If your child has multiple subscriptions and you would like to make sure that this link is in place, simply Contact Us and our customer service team will be happy to check for you.
