Where can I find tracking information?

After a crate or order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email from tracking@shipstation.com. You may need to ensure that this email addressed is "whitelisted" so that these emails are not sent to your Spam folder. 

You can also track shipments from your My Account page: log in, click the "Subscriptions" tab under your name, locate the appropriate subscription, then click "track" next to the specific crate you wish to track.
