If you do not want to receive a crate for a certain period, you can pause your subscription for one month at a time. To pause, log into your My Account page and click the “Subscriptions” tab. Click "Edit" next to the subscription that you'd like to put on hold, then click “Pause Subscription”.
You will not be charged while your subscription is paused. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period is complete, at which point we will send you a reminder email. Pause by 11:59 PM PST on the day prior to your renewal / billing date if you wish to skip that month's crate. If you pause after your processing date, you will still receive that month's crate and then the following crate will be skipped.
