Yes, you can switch your subscription over to a different crate brand through My Account or by emailing our helpful customer support team at email@example.com. Please note that you'll need to contact us to switch a subscription to or from the Eureka Crate line.
To switch the subscription through your account, click on the "Subscriptions" tab and then the "Edit" button on the right of the subscription to be updated. On the next screen, click "Switch Line" next to the crate brand. Select the new brand and click "Update Subscription". You'll see a green confirmation message at the top of screen if the switch is successful.
