Why has my subscription been suspended?

A subscription labelled as “Suspended” in My Account means that there was an issue charging your credit card during one of our billing cycles. To update your billing information, please log into your KiwiCo account and click on the "Account" tab. From here you will be able to update your "Payment Details". If you also need to update your shipping information, please be sure to click "Subscriptions" tab and "Edit" the shipping address for each subscription.
