Why has my subscription been suspended?

A subscription labelled as “Suspended” in My Account means that there was an issue charging your credit card during one of our billing cycles. To update your billing information, please log into your KiwiCo account and make changes in the "Payment Information" box towards the bottom. If you also need to update your shipping information, please be sure to click "Manage Subscription" next to the appropriate child and change the Shipping Address.
