How do I avoid having duplicate / repeat crates sent to my child?

Our system automatically identifies new orders for a child who has had a subscription before and links the crate histories to ensure that we don’t ship any duplicate crate themes. If your child has multiple subscriptions and you would like to make sure that this link is in place, simply email us at customercare@kiwico.com and our customer service team will be happy to check for you.

We also check for any Store orders placed by the same account to avoid sending those crates again as part of a subscription.

If you do receive a duplicate crate, simply contact us and we'll be happy to send a replacement.
