How do I avoid having duplicate / repeat crates sent to my child?

Our system automatically identifies new orders for a child who has has a subscription before and links the crate histories to ensure that we don’t ship any duplicate crate themes. If your child has multiple subscriptions and you would like to make sure that this link is in place, simply email us at customercare@kiwico.com and our customer service team will be happy to check for you.

In addition, we check for any store orders that was purchased to the same address (or by the same customer), so that we avoid duplicate crates.

If you do get a duplicate crate, simply contact us, and we'll make it right.
