Our system automatically identifies new orders where a child has received a subscription before and links the crate histories from the past, present, and new subscriptions to ensure that we do not ship any duplicate crate themes. We also check for any Store orders placed by the same account to avoid sending those crates again as part of a subscription.
We have many crate themes designed and available for shipment, so you can continue to renew a subscription without the risk of receiving duplicate crate themes. In most cases, we have enough fresh crate themes available that you can be signed up for a subscription for as long as our age recommendations state. For example, you can sign up for a Koala Crate subscription from ages 2 through 4, then switch to Kiwi Crate for ages 5 through 7, then switch to Atlas Crate for ages 7 through 11 and receive brand new crates every month!
If you do receive a duplicate crate, simply contact us and we'll be happy to send a replacement and resolve any issues that led to a duplicate being shipped. If your child has multiple subscriptions and you would like to make sure that they are linked properly, you can email us and we will double check that everything is set up correctly!
