You can update a subscription's shipping address at at any time from your My Account page: click the “Subscriptions” tab, then “Edit” next to the appropriate subscription. Shipping addresses must be updated by 11:59 PM PT on the day prior to your renewal (billing) / processing date to take effect for that month’s shipment. Please note that addresses need to be updated individually if you have multiple subscriptions.
If you made a mistake on a shipping address for an order that you just placed, you can update the address right away from your My Account page so that the first crate will go to the correct address. Once the first crate is processed (usually around 12:00am PST), address changes made after that point will affect future shipments.
Shipping addresses for Store orders (like Single Crates), cannot be changed. Please reach out to Customer Care if you have a concern about a shipping address that cannot be updated in time.
