We identify subscriptions with identical shipping addresses (i.e. - two or more different subscriptions for siblings in the same house) and ship them together to ensure that they arrive on the same day each month. We do, however, ship the first crate of new subscriptions as soon as possible, so first crates may ship individually. Subsequent crates for the same household will process on the same date each month (our billing / processing dates are based on delivery zip code) and ship together in the same box going forward. Some exceptions may occur (such as product delays), causing crates to ship out separately.
