We process and ship new international subscriptions weekly. Subsequent crates will be processed on the 1st of each month and ship in the days following. If there was an issue with billing on the 1st, or if the recipient has had a shipment in the previous 10 days, we will attempt to process the monthly crate on the 15th instead.
Our delivery expectation to international addresses is 7-14 business days after shipment, with additional delays possible due to customs. Please note that we are only able to provide tracking information up until the shipment reaches your country. If you do not receive your crate after 3 weeks, then please contact our customer support team.
