In most cases, if the recipient has not received a KiwiCo subscription before, we ship the first crate within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. If the recipient has received a crate in the past month, the first crate of the new subscription will ship with the next regular subscription shipment. Subsequent crates will be processed on the 1st of each month and ship in the days following. If there is an issue with billing on the 1st, or if the recipient has had a shipment in the previous 10 days, we will attempt to process the monthly crate on the 15th instead.
Our delivery expectation to international addresses is 7-14 business days after shipment, with additional delays possible due to customs. Please note that we are only able to provide tracking information up until the shipment reaches your country. If you do not receive your crate after 3 weeks, please contact our customer support team.
