In most cases, if the recipient has not received a KiwiCo subscription before, we ship the first crate within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. If the recipient has received a crate in the past month, the first crate of the new subscription will ship with the next regular subscription shipment so that the child receives crates at a regular cadence. Going forward, subsequent crates will process on the 1st of each month and ship within the days following. If there is an issue with billing on the 1st, or if the recipient has had a shipment in the previous 10 days, we will attempt to process the monthly crate on the 15th instead.
Crates are shipped out from California, U.S.A. Please note that our international shipping service does not provide door-to-door tracking. The delivery expectation is 7-14 days after the shipment arrives at the international routing facility in Rancho Dominguez, California (this information should be available on your tracking). Additional delays are possible due to customs or other circumstances. If you do not receive your crate within 3 weeks of receiving the tracking email, please contact our Customer Care team.
