## **Pre-Order Items**

Items available for pre-order are paid in full at the time of purchase and will ship during the estimated pre-order shipping timeframe displayed on the product page.

If your order includes both a pre-order item and an item that is currently in stock, the in-stock item will ship right away. Your pre-order item will ship separately once it becomes available. Because these items ship at different times, you will receive multiple tracking numbers — one for your in-stock items and a separate one for your pre-order item when it ships.

## **Backordered Items**

Backordered items are also paid in full at the time of purchase but will not ship until the estimated shipping timeframe listed on the product page. If your order contains both backordered and in-stock items, your in-stock items will ship immediately. The backordered item will ship separately once it is back in stock, and you will receive a separate tracking number for that shipment.

## **Tracking Your Order**

Since pre-order and backordered items ship separately from in-stock items, it is normal to have more than one tracking number for a single order.
