Koala Crate is KiwiCo's hands-on activity subscription box designed for curious kids ages 3-6. Each month, a new crate arrives filled with thoughtfully crafted projects that encourage young learners to explore, create, and discover the world around them — all through the power of play.

##

## How Koala Crate Supports Early Development

Every Koala Crate project is rooted in early childhood development principles, making playtime both fun and meaningful. Here's what each crate helps nurture:

### Fine Motor Skills

* Activities like cutting, threading, sticking, and building strengthen the small muscles in fingers and hands — the same muscles children rely on for writing, drawing, and everyday self-care tasks.

### Creativity & Imagination

* Open-ended art and craft projects invite kids to express themselves freely, building confidence and laying the foundation for a lifelong love of creative thinking.

### Critical Thinking

* Simple puzzles and problem-solving challenges introduce early logic and reasoning, helping children learn to approach tasks step by step and persist through difficulty.

### Early STEAM Exposure

* Koala Crate introduces foundational science and art concepts in a way that feels like pure play, sparking a natural curiosity about how the world works.
