# What happens at the end of my subscription?

At KiwiCo, all subscription plans — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual — are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, so your deliveries continue without interruption.

## Renewal Reminder Emails

To keep you informed ahead of any charges, we'll send reminder emails at the following times:

*   **5–7 days before** your subscription's first automatic renewal
*   **30 days before** your annual renewal date

Reminders are sent to the email address associated with your KiwiCo account.

## How the Renewal Works

If you do not cancel before your renewal (billing) date, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term length as originally purchased. For example, if you signed up for a 6-month plan, it will renew for another 6 months and your payment method on file will be charged for that period.
