## Applying a Promo or Coupon Code

Promo and coupon codes can be applied to your order during the checkout process. Follow these steps:

1.  Begin checkout and proceed to the **Shipping Information** page.
2.  Locate the promo code box labeled **"Have a coupon code?"**
3.  Enter your code into the field and click **"Apply."**
4.  If the code is valid, the discount will appear in your **Order Summary** along with a confirmation message showing it was successfully applied.

**Having trouble?** Double-check that your code hasn't expired and that it applies to the items in your cart. Some codes may be restricted to specific products or subscription plans. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to our support team.

## Multi-Child Discounts & Multiple Subscriptions

We don't offer a dedicated multi-child discount; however, many of our promo codes are valid for more than one subscription. If your code applies to multiple items, the promotion will automatically be applied to all eligible items in your cart — no extra steps needed.
