## ******How to Pause Your Subscription******

You can pause your subscription for one month while keeping your account active. Here's how:

1.  Log in to your ********KiwiCo account******** at kiwico.com
2.  Navigate to ********Account Settings********
3.  Select ********Manage Subscription********
4.  Choose ********Pause Subscription********
5.  Confirm your selection

Our Customer Care team can pause your subscription for up to three months at a time if needed.  Contact us, and we'll take care of it right away.

Your subscription will automatically resume after the selected pause period ends.

## ******How to Cancel Your Subscription******

If you'd like to stop your subscription entirely, you can turn off the auto-renewal feature (or cancel if you have a standard monthly subscription) at any time by following these steps:

1.  Log in to your ********KiwiCo account********
2.  Go to ********Account Settings********
3.  Select ********Manage Subscription********
4.  Click ********Cancel Subscription********
5.  Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation

********Please note:******** Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. If you have purchased a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription, you can turn off auto-renewal, and your subscription will expire at the end of your term. You are not able to cancel your subscription mid-term.
