## How to Pause Your Subscription

You can pause your subscription for one month while keeping your account active. Here's how:

1.  Log in to your **KiwiCo account** at kiwico.com
2.  Navigate to **Account Settings**
3.  Select **Manage Subscription**
4.  Choose **Pause Subscription**
5.  Confirm your selection

Our Customer Care team can pause your subscription for upto three months at a time if needed.  Contact us and we'll take care of it right away.

Your subscription will automatically resume after the selected pause period ends.

## How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you'd like to stop your subscription entirely, you can turn off the auto-renewal feature (or cancel if you have a standard monthly subscription) at any time by following these steps:

1.  Log in to your **KiwiCo account**
2.  Go to **Account Settings**
3.  Select **Manage Subscription**
4.  Click **Cancel Subscription**
5.  Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation

**Please note:** Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. If you have purchased a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription, you can turn off auto-renewal, and your subscription will expire at the end of your term. You are not able to cancel your subscription mid-term.

## What to Expect After Pausing or Canceling

*   **Paused subscriptions:** No charges or shipments will occur during the pause period. Your subscription resumes automatically when the pause ends.
*   **Canceled subscriptions:** You will not be charged going forward. Any orders already processed before cancellation will still be shipped to you.
